Delivery Information

We will dispatch your product within 3-5 working days of payment being cleared. You can expect to receive it in 8 - 12 business days after the order is dispatched using New Zealand Post Service with transit insurance. We'll send you relevant tracking information once we've dispatched!

When placing an online order, express shipping means that a) the package may not arrive on time and b), there are external factors involved so please do not rely solely on this delivery method for important items such as birthdays/holidays etc... Orders sent via standard mail usually take 1 or 2 weeks longer than those sent by Express Shipping because they travel through other countries before reaching their destination country but still provide free transport from us to NZ post courier depot which takes minimum 4-
